When Can I Expect to Receive My Order?

At our company, we strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure your satisfaction. Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days, even with priority shipping. Please note that this processing time excludes weekends and holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you have any specific delivery concerns or require expedited processing, please contact our customer support team, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

How Can I Track My Order?

The most reliable way to track your package is by using the provided tracking number on the USPS website. Please note that the tracking number email is automated, so you may receive the tracking number before the package has left our facility. Once the package has been scanned in by USPS after leaving our facility, the tracking information will update accordingly.

While third-party apps like Shop may indicate that your package has shipped or has been partially delivered, we recommend using the tracking number on the USPS website for the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information.

If you encounter any issues or have questions about tracking your order, our customer support team is here to assist you.

What Happens If My Order is Returned to Sender?

If your package is returned to us by USPS or is not delivered due to reasons such as an incorrect address, missing unit/apartment number, failure to reschedule a delivery, unclaimed package, or unregistered tenant, please contact us via email to info.nugro@yahoo.com or text 318-834-6913 with your order number as soon as possible.

If you request a reshipment, we will send you an invoice via email to cover the cost of the new shipping label. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we will issue a refund for the total cost of the goods and tax. Please note that refunds for returned packages do not include shipping costs.

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate multiple shipping addresses per order at this time.

Business Days & Holidays:

All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays observed within the United States. Your order will be shipped based on the selected shipping method during checkout. Please note that orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

We do not ship packages on weekends or on the following US holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (4th of July)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
